The location is unbeatable, really close to the shore of Loch Ness as well as the lake, you cannot beat it. Moreover, take a look at Meall Fuar-Mhonaidh, set not too far away from the venue.

The location of the hotel was nice and quiet, which was great for a peaceful stay. The staff were welcoming and our room was clean and well facilitated with big towels. Breakfast offered a selection of options.
The lack of views and access to the lake was a major letdown. The photos were slightly misleading and created expectations of a view that couldn't be met.

Enjoyed the christmas atmosphere with festive decorations and seasonal treats. We were able to easily explore the nearby natural attractions, with the hotel being conveniently located close to walking trails and stunning views. The staff were friendly and accommodating, making sure we had everything we needed for a comfortable stay.
The room we stayed in was not well insulated, making it difficult to sleep due to the noise from other guests and the creaky floorboards. The lack of variety made it difficult to start the day feeling satisfied.

The B&B we stayed at for Easter was exactly what we were looking for. The owner was friendly and knowledgeable, providing great recommendations for local attractions. The location was perfect, with easy access to shops, restaurants, and scenic walks. One of the best aspects was the comfortable and clean room, with great amenities like free WiFi and a powerful shower. We also couldn't resist the delicious breakfast, with plenty of options to choose from.
While we enjoyed our stay overall, there were a couple of minor issues. The noise from nearby construction was a bit disruptive at times, but thankfully it didn't go on for too long.

We had a fantastic experience at the Loch Ness B&B. The warm welcome we received upon arrival made us feel right at home. The young gentleman who greeted us was attentive and offered us a refreshing drink after our long journey. Our room was tastefully decorated and had a lovely en suite bathroom. The breakfast options were varied and delicious, with a range of cereals, fresh fruit, pastries, and more. The host was always available to provide helpful information about the area and greeted us with a cup of tea when we returned from our day of exploring. The location next to Loch Ness was serene, and we enjoyed watching wild rabbits playing on the lawn during breakfast. we highly recommend this quiet B&B for a wonderful and memorable stay.
Despite all the pro's, it would have been great to have scrambled eggs for breakfast. The lack of hand soap, shower gel, and shampoo, as well as some issues with the room's finish, were minor drawbacks.
